Let’s talk about the holidays at our December meeting! Where do you find your holiday cheer? Among the warmth of food, family, and friends, sharing a meal together? Or elsewhere?
As I post the topic for our upcoming meeting, Thanksgiving is still in the planning stages. When we meet next week, it will be a day of the past. What a perfect position to reflect on our holidays past, present, and future.
How was your Thanksgiving? Did it go as planned? What plans do you have for the December holidays? Does it include travel? What are you looking forward to? What are you feeling anxious about? What are you dreading? How do you support yourself and what you need when you throw Parkinson’s into the mix?
Come share your thoughts and experiences, and any insights, advice, or coping tips you have to pass along to the rest of us.
- Date: Wednesday, December 3
- Time: 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
