There is a light at the end of the winter tunnel. Days have (finally) gotten longer and the rock-hard piles of snow are pretty much melted. We made it –through the literal deep freeze that was winter this year.
Our next meeting is Wednesday March 3, 1:00 – 2:30 PM via ZOOM. RSVPs much appreciated!
Let’s talk about our individual Parkinson’s journeys at our meeting as a way of getting to know each other better. The struggles and difficulties; your adjustments and adaptations; the joys and sorrows. Where are you on your path?
A few questions to get you started. Feel free to address them directly or let them serve as inspiration to share what feels most important and comfortable.
- What were your earliest symptoms?
- What was it like to receive a diagnosis?
- What has your journey been like since then?
- What do you wish you knew earlier or handled differently?
- What has been the hardest for you to adjust or adapt to?
- What are your hopes or goals going forward?
ZOOM link will be emailed the day before the meeting. Please plan to sign on from a quiet area of your home to preserve the group’s confidentiality. You may sign on 10-15 minutes early if you wish. We welcome you to join us even if you are running late. We get it if you are having a slower day!
We ask that everyone keep their camera on during the meeting so we can see each other, like we would if we were in the same room together.
ZOOM sign-on problems: If you experience any sign-on problems, let us know what they were so we can troubleshoot with tech support (AKA tech-savvy husband). Also be sure you have the latest version/update of ZOOM installed before signing on to our meeting.

We look forward to seeing you and hearing about your journey!
