Our guest speakers for our next monthly meeting are Angela and Karl Robb, who will speak about The Pursuit of Balance: Finding Your Recipe for Wellness.
The pursuit of balance is a constant “To Do” item for everyone – but especially for those of us living with Parkinson’s. Karl and Angela will discuss the importance of finding your own personal recipe for wellness. Wellness benefits more than the body. A good wellness recipe benefits your mind, your emotions, and your spirits too!
