Welcome March! Hoping that spring is right around the corner.
Our upcoming meeting is scheduled for this Wednesday, March 4, 1:00-3:00 p.m.
March’s meeting shall be a time of group sharing. What is utmost on your mind? Of most importance to you right now? What are you concerned about, copying with, handling well, need to talk about?
Since the meeting will be a more casual, just us gals in the room sort of meeting, feel free to bring snacks and drinks to share (just no plastic bottles out of respect for the facility and its no plastic initiative).

You’re invited to Capital Music Therapy Services’ Music Workshops for those with Parkinson’s. During March, we’ll be meeting March 5th and 19th from 1:30-2:30 p.m. We’ll meet in the basement of Mosby Tower (10650 Main St., LL-12, Fairfax, VA 22030) and the fee is $20 per person, cash or check (spouses and caregivers attend for free). Remember that, although we are thrilled to have any prior musicians, no previous experience in music is necessary.
