November 6th Zoom Meeting Announcement

What a beautiful October we’ve had in the Northern Virginia area this year! Sunny, warm, the trees turning brilliant shades of reds, oranges, and yellows. And suddenly November has arrived with the realization we have a meeting scheduled this Wednesday, November 6 at 1:00 p.m. and that I need to get an announcement posted.

Managing time, energy, and stress can be challenging for many of us. It’s a part of living with Parkinson’s. I don’t know about you, but as soon as I think I’ve got my arms wrapped around it, patting myself on the back for how well I’m handling everything, something else gets thrown into the mix. This month it’s Thanksgiving; December will bring its own holiday challenges.

What about you? How do you plan to spend the holidays? Celebrating with a group of family and friends? Spending the day with a few family members or a friend or two? Are you hosting? Cooking? Eating out? Feeling relaxed and excited, or anxious and stressed when it comes to the upcoming holidays?

Come share your holiday plans and traditions, as well as any strategies and tips that help you stress less, so you can relax and enjoy life more.

  • Date:           Wednesday, November 6th
  • Time:           1:00 pm – 2:30 pm
