We don’t know about you, but the record-breaking temperatures and high humidity this summer have been a challenge. Walking has definitely been impacted. We are ready for a cooler autumn, being outdoors, and returning to our monthly meeting schedule.
We look forward to seeing you and hearing how you’re doing at our next meeting, Wednesday, September 9, 1:00-2:30 p.m. via Zoom.
Our topic for discussion: Counting our blessings in the midst of PD woes. Come share the highs and lows of your summer.
FOR YOUR CALENDAR: 2026/2027 Meeting Dates are September 9, October 7, November 4, December 2, January 6, February 3, March 3, April 7, May 5, and June 2.
These dates can also be found listed here on our website along with notes from meetings over the past four years offering a ton of useful information —
Note we meet the first Wednesday of every month, with the exception of September, when we meet the second Wednesday. We do not meet during the months of July and August.
ZOOM link will be emailed the day before the meeting. We ask that you sign on from a quiet area of your home to preserve the group’s confidentiality. You may sign on 10-15 minutes early if you wish. Join us whenever you can, even if you are running late.
We also ask that you keep your camera on during the meeting so we can see one other, like we would if we were in the same room together. If you experience any Zoom sign-on problems, let us know so we can troubleshoot with tech support (AKA tech-savvy husband). Be sure you have the latest version of ZOOM installed.
